Appetizer Quick & Easy

What you need:

  • 1/2 English cucumber
  • Zest and 1 Tbsp. juice from 1 lemon
  • 1 cup BREAKSTONE’S Cottage Cheese
  • 4 Wasa Multi Grain Crispbreads
  • 2 thinly sliced radishes
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh dill
  • Black pepper

How to make it:

  • Using a vegetable peeler, slice cucumber into approximately 1” wide strips; place in bowl. Toss with lemon juice.
  • Combine cottage cheese and lemon zest in a bowl; spread cheese mixture onto crispbreads.
  • Top evenly with cucumber, radish and herbs.
