Lemon Dill & Avocado Toast

Breakfast Quick & Easy Snack

What you need:

  • 1/2 cup avocado
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE’S Cottage Cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh dill, chopped
  • 2 slices whole wheat bread, toasted
  • 2 tsp. olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon zest

How to make it:

  • Mash avocado and lemon juice together in small bowl to desired consistency; reserve.
  • Combine cottage cheese and dill in a separate small bowl.
  • Spread avocado mash onto toast; top with cottage cheese mixture. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with lemon zest.

Special Extra:

Garnish with fresh dill sprigs.
