Smoked Salmon Toasts

Breakfast Quick & Easy Snack

What you need:

  • 2 Tbsp. sliced red onion
  • 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. butter, softened
  • 1 Tbsp. everything bagel seasoning
  • 4 slices whole grain bread, toasted
  • 8 slices smoked salmon
  • 1/4 cup BREAKSTONE’S Sour Cream
  • 16 Nicoise olives
  • 2 Tbsp. capers
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh dill

How to make it:

  1. Combine red onion and vinegar in a small bowl. Let stand 10 min.
  2. Combine butter and everything bagel seasoning. Reserve.
  3. To assemble toasts, spread seasoned butter onto toasted bread slices, top with smoked salmon, sour cream, pickled onion, olives, capers, and fresh dill.

Special Extra

Serve with lemon wedges.
