What you need:
- 2 Tbsp. sliced red onion
- 2 Tbsp. apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. butter, softened
- 1 Tbsp. everything bagel seasoning
- 4 slices whole grain bread, toasted
- 8 slices smoked salmon
- 1/4 cup BREAKSTONE’S Sour Cream
- 16 Nicoise olives
- 2 Tbsp. capers
- 1 Tbsp. fresh dill
How to make it:
- Combine red onion and vinegar in a small bowl. Let stand 10 min.
- Combine butter and everything bagel seasoning. Reserve.
- To assemble toasts, spread seasoned butter onto toasted bread slices, top with smoked salmon, sour cream, pickled onion, olives, capers, and fresh dill.
