What you need:

  • 1 cup BREAKSTONE’S Cottage Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. coconut oil
  • 1 tsp. maple syrup
  • 1/8 tsp. peppermint extract
  • 1/3 cup crushed red and white peppermint sticks

How to make it:

  • Blend cottage cheese, coconut oil, maple syrup, and peppermint extract in a blender or food processor until smooth.
  • Pour mixture onto baking sheet lined with wax paper. Spread into a ¼-inch thick rectangle. Freeze 30 min.; sprinkle with crushed peppermint.
  • Freeze 3 hours or overnight.
  • Break into pieces and enjoy cold.
How to Store Store bark in an airtight container in the freezer until ready to eat.
