Caramel Fudge Cottage Cheese Cookie Dough

What you need:

  • 1 cup BREAKSTONE’S Cottage Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
  • 1 tsp. caramel flavoring
  • 1-1/4 cups almond flour
  • 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tsp. chocolate fudge sauce
  • 2 tsp. dulce de leche sauce

How to make it:

  • Blend cottage cheese, maple syrup and caramel flavoring together in a food processor until smooth; transfer to a large bowl.
  • Stir in almond flour and protein powder until fully combined.
  • Transfer half the batter into a loaf pan. Dot the top with 1 tsp. each fudge and dulce de leche. Use a toothpick or tip of knife to marble sauces into dough. Top with remaining dough; dot and swirl again.
  • Cover and freeze 10 min. before scooping.


Dough can be stored in a resealable container in the fridge up to 3 days.
