What you need:

  • 1 cup BREAKSTONE’S Cottage Cheese
  • 1/4 cup avocado, finely diced
  • 1/4 cup English cucumber, sliced, cut in half
  • 6 cherry tomatoes, quartered
  • 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tsp. everything bagel seasoning

How to make it:

  • Spoon cottage cheese into bowls.
  • Top with remaining ingredients.

SPECIAL EXTRA:

Garnish with sliced green onion.
