What you need:
- 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE’S Cottage Cheese
- 2 Tbsp. chives, chopped
- 1 bagel, halved and toasted
- 4 slices cooked bacon
- 2 eggs, pan fried
- 1 tsp. everything bagel seasoning
How to make it:
- Combine cottage cheese and chives in a small bowl.
- Spread each bagel half with cottage cheese. Top with bacon and eggs. Sprinkle with everything bagel seasoning.
