What you need:
- 1 lb. extra-lean ground beef Â
- 1 pkg. (1 oz.) reduced sodium taco seasoning mixÂ
- 2 cups cooked long-grain brown riceÂ
- 6 cups shredded romaine lettuceÂ
- 1 can (14.5 oz.) no-salt-added pinto beans, rinsedÂ
- 1 cup grape tomatoes, cut in halfÂ
- 1 cup Mexican style finely shredded cheeseÂ
- 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S Sour CreamÂ
- 1/2 cup salsaÂ
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantroÂ
- 1 avocado, slicedÂ
How to make it:
- Cook meat with taco seasoning mix as directed on package.Â
- Spoon rice evenly into 6 serving bowls.  Â
- Top with taco meat and all remaining ingredients.Â
