Baked Buffalo Chicken Dip

Appetizer Quick & Easy Snack

What you need:

  • 1-1/2 cups BREAKSTONE’s Cottage Cheese
  • 1-1/2 cups shredded cooked chicken
  • 1/3 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup Buffalo wing sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. ranch salad dressing and seasoning mix
  • 3/4 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 Tbsp. sliced green onions

How to make it:

  • Heat oven to 400°F.
  • Blend cottage cheese in a food processor blender until smooth; transfer to a medium mixing bowl. Add chicken, celery, ranch seasoning mix, Buffalo sauce and 1/2 cup shredded cheese; mix well.
  • Spoon into a shallow baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Top with remaining shredded cheese.
  • Bake 10 min. or until cheese has melted.
  • Heat broiler. Place baking dish, 6 inches from heat; broil 2 to 3 min. or until cheese is golden brown. Top with green onion.

Serving Suggestion

Serve with your favorite crackers, tortilla chips and/or fresh vegetables.
