Whipped Sour Cream and chive Mashed Potatoes with Crispy Onion Topping

What you need:
- 2 lb. Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled, cubed
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE’S Sour Cream, divided
- 3 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh chives, divided
- 1/4 cup croutons, crushed
- 1/4 cup french-fried onions
- 2 Tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
How to make it:
- Cook potatoes and garlic in boiling water in large saucepan 20 to 25 min. or until tender; drain. Mash potatoes.
- Add butter and 1/4 cup sour cream; mash until light and fluffy. Stir in 1 Tbsp. chives and remaining sour cream.
- Combine remaining ingredients in small bowl; sprinkle over potatoes.
