What you need:
- 1 cup BREAKSTONE’S Cottage Cheese
- 2 Tbsp. maple syrup
- 1-1/2 tsp. pumpkin spice
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1-1/4 cups almond flour
- 1/4 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1/4 cup mini white chocolate chips
How to make it:
- Blend cottage cheese, maple syrup, pumpkin spice and vanilla together in a food processor until smooth; transfer to a large bowl.
- Stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until ready to eat.
