White Chocolate Cranberry Fudge

What you need:

  • 1 cup BREAKSTONE’S Cottage Cheese
  • 1 cup plus 2 Tbsp. white chocolate chips, melted
  • 1/2 cup dried cranberries, divided
  • 1/4 tsp. vanilla

How to make it:

  • Blend cottage cheese in a blender or food processor until smooth.
  • Combine cheese, 1 cup melted chocolate, 1/4 cup cranberries and vanilla in large bowl. Pour into 8-inch square baking dish lined with parchment paper; top with remaining cranberries and drizzle with remaining chocolate.
  • Freeze 4 hours or overnight.
  • Cut into 16 squares; serve immediately.
Storage

Store in an airtight container in the freezer.
