Dinner Quick & Easy

What you need:

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek-style yogurt 
  • 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE’S Sour Cream 
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced 
  • 1 lb. farfalle (bow-tie pasta), uncooked 
  • 1 lb. lean ground beef 
  • 1 onion, chopped 
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder 
  • 1 tsp. cumin 
  • 1 Tbsp. paprika, divided 
  • 1/4 cup butter 
  • 1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoes 
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley 

How to make it:

  • Combine yogurt, sour cream and garlic in medium bowl; stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate.
  • Cook farfalle as directed on package, omitting salt. Drain.
  • Meanwhile, brown ground beef in large skillet. Add onion, garlic powder, cumin and 2 tsp. paprika; cook 4 to 5 min over medium-high heat until meat becomes crispy on edges. Reserve.
  • Melt butter in small pan on low heat. Stir in remaining paprika.
  • To serve, top cooked farfalle with meat, sour cream mixture, butter sauce, tomatoes and parsley.
