What you need:
- 1/2 cup plain Greek-style yogurtÂ
- 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE’S Sour CreamÂ
- 2 cloves garlic, mincedÂ
- 1 lb. farfalle (bow-tie pasta), uncookedÂ
- 1 lb. lean ground beefÂ
- 1 onion, choppedÂ
- 1 tsp. garlic powderÂ
- 1 tsp. cuminÂ
- 1 Tbsp. paprika, dividedÂ
- 1/4 cup butterÂ
- 1/2 cup halved cherry tomatoesÂ
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsleyÂ
How to make it:
- Combine yogurt, sour cream and garlic in medium bowl; stir to combine. Cover and refrigerate.
- Cook farfalle as directed on package, omitting salt. Drain.
- Meanwhile, brown ground beef in large skillet. Add onion, garlic powder, cumin and 2 tsp. paprika; cook 4 to 5 min over medium-high heat until meat becomes crispy on edges. Reserve.
- Melt butter in small pan on low heat. Stir in remaining paprika.
- To serve, top cooked farfalle with meat, sour cream mixture, butter sauce, tomatoes and parsley.Â
