What you need:
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 1 pkg. (1 oz.) taco seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onions
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro
- 8 crunchy taco shells
- 1 cup Mexican style finely shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE’S Sour Cream
How to make it:
- Cook turkey with taco seasoning mix as directed on package.
- Meanwhile, combine tomatoes, onions and cilantro.
- Spoon meat mixture into taco shells; top with cheese, tomato mixture and sour cream.
