Sweet Potato Ground Beef Bowls

What you need:
- 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled, cubedÂ
- 2 tsp. oilÂ
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powderÂ
- 1/8 tsp. black pepperÂ
- 3/4 lb. lean ground beefÂ
- 1 pkg. (1 oz.) taco seasoningÂ
- 2 cups BREAKSTONE’S Cottage CheeseÂ
- 1 avocado, choppedÂ
- 1 Tbsp. chili crispÂ
How to make it:
- Heat oven to 400F.Â
- Toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic powder and black pepper. Place on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 30 min.Â
- Meanwhile, cook meat with seasoning mix as directed on package.Â
- Spoon cooked sweet potatoes into 4 shallow bowls. Top with cooked meat and remaining ingredients.Â
