What you need:

  • 1 cup BREAKSTONE’S Cottage Cheese
  • 1/3 cup each fresh parsley and basil
  • 2 Tbsp. each fresh tarragon, chives, dill, mint and cilantro
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 tsp. capers
  • 1/8 tsp. freshly cracked black pepper
  • 4 to 6 Tbsp. water

How to make it:

  • Blend all ingredients together in a food processor until smooth.
  • Add water 1 Tbsp. at a time until desired consistency is reached.

MAKE AHEAD

Can be stored in a resealable container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.  

SERVING SUGGESTION

Serve with salad or use as a dip.
