Appetizer Lunch Snack

What you need:

  • 1 cup BREAKSTONE’S Cottage Cheese
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning

How to make it:

  • Heat oven to 350°F.
  • Blend all ingredients together in a food processor until smooth.
  • Cover 12x9-inch baking sheet with parchment; spray with cooking spray. Pour batter onto prepared baking sheet and spread into an even layer.
  • Bake 35 to 40 min. or until top layer is set.
  • Remove from oven; cool completely. Cut in half crosswise before filling as desired.
