What you need:

  • 1-1/4 cups fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE’S Cottage Cheese
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2-1/2 Tbsp. lime juice
  • 1 Tbsp. lime zest
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh jalapeño pepper
  • 1 tsp. honey

How to make it:

  • Blend all ingredients together in a food processor until smooth.

MAKE AHEAD

Can be stored in a resealable container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.  

SUBSTITUTE

Remove anchovy fillets and replace with 1 Tbsp. chopped capers.
