What you need:
- 3 pears, cut into ½-inch thick slices
- 1 Tbsp. olive oil
- 1 cup BREAKSTONE’S Cottage Cheese
- 2 Tbsp. honey
- 2 Tbsp. finely chopped pistachios
- 1 tsp. fresh thyme
How to make it:
- Heat oven to 425°F.
- Coat pear slices with oil. Lay slices flat on baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake 15 min. Remove from oven; cool.
- Meanwhile, blend cottage cheese and honey in a blender or food processor until smooth.
- Transfer pears to a serving platter. Top with cottage cheese mixture and remaining ingredients.
