Baked Pear Slices with Whipped Honey Cottage Cheese

What you need:

  • 3 pears, cut into ½-inch thick slices
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 cup BREAKSTONE’S Cottage Cheese
  • 2 Tbsp. honey
  • 2 Tbsp. finely chopped pistachios
  • 1 tsp. fresh thyme

How to make it:

  • Heat oven to 425°F.
  • Coat pear slices with oil. Lay slices flat on baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake 15 min. Remove from oven; cool.
  • Meanwhile, blend cottage cheese and honey in a blender or food processor until smooth.
  • Transfer pears to a serving platter. Top with cottage cheese mixture and remaining ingredients.
