What you need:
- 1 cup shredded extra sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE’S Sour Cream
- 1/2 cup cooked, chopped bacon, divided
- 1/2 cup sliced green onions, divided
- 1 fresh jalapeño pepper, chopped
How to make it:
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl, reserving 1 Tbsp. each bacon and green onion for later use; stir to combine.
- Refrigerate 30 min. before serving. Top with reserved bacon and green onion.
Serve with pretzels and sliced fresh vegetables.
