Appetizer Side Dish

What you need:

  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 2 cups sliced onion
  • 4 tsp. roast beef gravy mix
  • 12 frozen pastry tart shells (3 inch)
  • 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE’S Sour Cream
  • 1 Tbsp. fresh thyme
  • 3/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided

How to make it:

  • Heat butter and olive oil in saucepan on medium heat; add onions. Cook 15 to 20 min. or until golden brown and softened. Remove from heat; stir in gravy mix.
  • Bake tart shells according to package instructions.
  • Combine cooked onions with sour cream, thyme and ½ cup of cheese. Divide mixture between warm tart shells; top with remaining
Special Extra Garnish with additional fresh thyme.
