Appetizer Breakfast Snack

What you need:

  • 1 cup BREAKSTONE’S Cottage Cheese
  • 4 Wasa Sourdough Crispbreads
  • 1 pear, sliced
  • 1/4 cup crumbled gorgonzola
  • 1-1/2 tsp. hot honey
  • 1 tsp. fresh thyme leaves

How to make it:

  • Spread cottage cheese onto crispbreads.
  • Top evenly with remaining ingredients.
Substitute
If you cannot find hot honey at the grocery store, you can make it at home. Combine ½ cup honey and 1 Tbsp. crushed red pepper in a small saucepan. Heat on medium heat until simmering. Once simmering, remove from heat and stir in 1 tsp. apple cider vinegar. Cool completely.
