What you need:
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 2 slices white bread, toasted
- 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE’S Cottage Cheese
- 1 cup grapefruit, segmented
- 1 Tbsp. maple syrup
How to make it:
- Mash blueberries with a fork in a small bowl; spread onto toast.
- Top with cottage cheese and grapefruit. Drizzle with syrup.
